I just printed out the article on "11 Steps to a better brain." Thanks for the link.
A few years ago when a friend had memory problems, I asked my nutritionist how to help. She suggested a supplement called 'phosphatydiserine complex' which she said helped memory. I started using it as well and you know, I think it has helped. And in a Science Section of the NY Times about a year ago there was an article about memory supplments, and it said the only ones that seemed to work had this compound in it........... I get it at healthfood stores, there seem to be 2 kinds, I prefer the small gel capsules.
