Have you got the time?

Please take a moment to tell me at what time of day you usually visit the Daily Blague. Morning? Evening? Every ten minutes? (yah: croissants? martinis? sedatives?) In the interest of anonymity - I don't want to know who doesn't "usually visit" - post a comment stating the time and the local time zone, and then, as a sort of backup, put the name of the place where you live where your own name ought to go. And please pardon this attempt to Make Marketing Fun. It isn't. If I had the tools I'd like, I wouldn't to ask you - I'd know. Aren't you glad I don't?

I use a newsfeed and read a new post shortly after it's put up. (Except I don't keep the hours you do...)

When I boot up in the morning at work M-F around 7am, periodically during the day during down time or when I am in the midst of an ADD moment, weekends only as frequently as I'm on my home computer, which is maybe once, sometimes not at all.

First thing in the morning (Tuesday - Saturday about 7:30) and early in the evening, with an occasional foray before bedtime; other days once or twice at odd moments.

Monday-Friday, generally between 9 and 10am; then again early afternoon (say 1:00) with a last look around 8:00pm; on weekends, the schedule is less regular, but I usually check in at least once on either Saturday or Sunday.

I have a newsfeed reader, I open it on the evening after work, if you have updated your blog I read the new posts in the newsreader, and sometimes I click on the link to read a post in situ. After that the newsreader stays open all the evening long, with your blog blinking (not exactly but so to speak) if there is something new.

I am no help. I read all hours of the day.

I cannot be pinned down.

I am not a number; I am a free woman! (At least I am in Toronto, Canada).

I can't be pinned down either. Schedule always a' changing. But I will say that I tend to read other blogs more at night, and write on my own during spare time in the day.

Tends to be some time before noon.

When all depends. That's not much help, I know. I like the pictures, and the recipe for Baked Alaska. Have you ever made a Key Lime pie? It's very simple, but I'll have to get back to you later.

Usually in the morning, but then my definition of morning may be closer to someone else's definition of afternoon.

I am a kottke.org micropatron
